Human factors is the application of theory and principles pertaining to human capabilities and limitations in the design and development of human – system interactions, with the goals of increasing safety, enhancing performance, efficiency, and reliability, and improving user satisfaction.
Dr. Rosenberg has a masters and doctorate degree in Human Factors from the University of Washington, and has worked on multiple cases as a Human Factors expert.
